The stucco lath is past the existing stucco. So how in the world can this be corrected?
Watch and see; I have only seen this done once; quite the ridiculous and foolish mistake on this job. It required some serious feathering in, fortunately for these guys.

Kirk, I do a 2 coat system, then I wrap 100% with mesh and run senthetic brown coat, and acrylic finish, it's lot of work, but I don't get cracks, my generals here, in Colorado love the system, I do it this way cause my name is on job, it turns out great bro, , god bless

Great workmanship as always. This last week the crew i'm working with has had to deal with an apartment complex's window remodeling patch job which for reasons unknown to myself involved installations of plywood around the entire apartment complex, leaving us just above a quarter of an inch for the lathing and plastering. Very tricky stuff.
