1. While Uploading New Video. Or Newly Uploaded Video.
Click Add To Playlist Option Located At The Right Side Of The Video Upload Page.
On The Dropdown List Select The Playlist You Want To Add Video To And Click Save Changes Or Publish Video.
2. Adding Video Directly To Playlist.
Search For Playlist You Want To Add Video To And Select It.
Once The Playlist Is Selected Click Edit.
Then Click Add Videos.
You Can Choose Videos From Your Channel Or Add The Video Url Or Choose Any Other Available Method.
3. From Youtube Watch Page.
Under The Video, Click Add To. (It'S A Logo Of Plus Button).

My version of YouTube doesn't include an "Add Videos" button. Maybe it doesn't work with Safari. I have no idea. YouTube sucks.
