2019 13” MacBook Pro in 2024? Be Careful!

The 2019 13" Macbook pro in 2024 is still an impressive laptop, however compared to what's out there on the market now, Its probably not a top recommendation for a macbook you should buy.

Regarding the brightness and volume icons on the touchbar, you don't need to tap and wait for the slider to show up before changing the respective setting, you can simply touch it and start dragging the slider straight away.

I got this in 2022 for 500 bucks, definitely worth its money as it doesn't feel dated at all, runs fast, has a decent battery life and I honestly quite enjoy having four (mostly) interchangeable USB-C ports.

Also been typing all my notes and essays on it for four semesters now and I'm honestly quite happy with the way the butterfly keyboard feels, plus there haven't been any issues of the infamous butterfly getting stuck kind.

i paid 290 for mine.. it was a used one yet the state of charge was 95% and cycle count was only 30. I've been a windows user my entire life but with my iphone i can be part of an apple ecosystem. ( i upgraded from a very slow asus vivobook laptop and i'm only in school so i just use google docs, youtube etc)

It is worth mentioning it is still intel inside and may have the flexibility to install windows or a partition if u like easily

Ive just finished using a dell precision m6700 from 2013! I7 32g ram professional photographer usage. Still kicks butt today 17 mat disply zero refection issues. Just looks all beat up as hell. I think you are under rating this machine by a country mile! Am just considering an i9 macbook 32g ram 1 t storage the latest equivalent is 4 grand with the same ram and storage! I dont do 4k video but i do huge pano stitch ups. My dell still eats them for breakfast so what will this do!? Me thinks ive just saved 3.3k ;^)
