These credit cards can actually be useful. For example if you see one of these in someone's wallet it tells you that you should never have children with them

Credit One was a good call. I kept it for a year and dropped it like a bad habit. It was just to rebuild and ONLY to rebuild.

A fun thing I like to do when I get one of these offers in the mail, take the prepaid envelop included, pack it with as much junk as possible, and send it back to them. The heavier you can make it the better. Since they have to pay for shipping the heavier it is the more they pay.

As someone emigrated to this country and learning painfully about credit cards I was in disbelief to learn about some of those cards years ago. luckily I didn't get caught up in them because I didn't think it sensible to get one before becoming at least a resident. You're amazing for making this video. Thank you

You missed a huge detail about the Credit One card: it does not have a grace period, so they start charging you interest from the day you make the purchase regardless of whether you pay your balance in full each month.

I had the credit one card twice and the first time it repaired my credit but man this second time it destroyed mine... they hound me day in and day out for payments, (lost my job for a bit and recently got another one) and man do they keep tacking on all the ridiculous late fees, you are right about their payments...nightmare... and don't get me started on their JOKE of customer service. SO DISGUSTED WITH THEM. awful. I have been treated so much better at Capital One and will continue to have my business there. Thanks for the video !!! You have a new subbie!

I have Capital One and genuinely thought he was talking about my card at first. How are they allowed to get by with blatantly copying the logo and not getting sued?

My first card was Credit One. I had no credit and was told lots of credit inquiries would make it worse. I researched and found Credit One approves anyone. It was between this and a secured card. I heard secured cards didn't build much credit, so I settled on Credit One. After making my payments on time for 11 months, I went to my bank to inquire on a CC. I explained my credit situation and they recommended a secured card, because my chance of approval for their basic real cc was low, but I pushed for the real CC. I was approved to both our surprise, $2000 limit with 12.5%apr.
I then closed my credit one account before the next anual fee, and have been building credit with my bank cc. Credit One is expensive, but its fast no risk credit. I would do it again.

Premier was the first credit card I ever had-way back when I really did not know much or care about credit. Years later, I fell for the Credit One card. Although my limit was only $300, once I missed a payment, my card was closed, and about a $700 debt was placed onto my credit report. Thank goodness for Capital One these days.

My brother got that credit one card, last year; long story short he’s in 2000$ in debt the apr is really off the charts! Stay far away from this card!

Thankfully haven't had issues with Credit One within the first year... hope it stays that way.
Update: They are spamming me every hour to accept their new card offer and to raise my credit limit and I had offer notifications turned off. NOPE.

Fortiva, Indigo, Credit One, Milestone, Reflex, Avant, First Premier, all for poor credit and they are expensive as well in fees and interest. Much better off with a secured card than these bottom barrel cards.
