Cell has insane potential. We saw how strong Frieza got in a couple months of training. Cell is made up of Frost Demon potential, Saiyan battle growth and Namakian regeneration and probably aging process. Image how strong Cell would have been if he wanted to improve upon his perfect form! He’d probably would have become a bigger threat than Black Frieza!

His potential for growth is truly insane. I know Frieza is the more iconic character + doesn't have "too many spots", but man, Cell would've made a lot more sense to come back with a god tier power boost imo.
