On June 27th, live from the ISTE conference in San Antonio, Texas, thousands of educators from around the world gathered for Hack the Classroom, a free online event. This event we brought together a variety of educators and Microsoft product experts to showcase the latest tools to empower students to create the world of tomorrow!
Learn from teachers by taking a glimpse into their classrooms to see how new tools are creating new possibilities with Microsoft Teams, Code Builder and MakeCode for Minecraft: Education Edition, plus exciting Windows apps like Paint 3D.

Agenda at Glance:
•Hear from Lisa Anne Floyd, educator and thought-leader in STEAM education with Fair Chance Learning as she shares her passion for creative coding and digital making.

•See how Microsoft Teams is transforming teaching and learning with Anthony Newbold, Principal of Bear Creek Middle School and Rob Dickson, Executive Director of IMS at Omaha Public Schools. Next, hear from our panel of leaders, teachers, and the people who developed Microsoft Teams.

•Go on a journey with Cathy Cheo-Issacs, Ed-Tech Specialist as she demonstrates coding with Minecraft followed by an expert panel.

•Hear three exciting ignite presentations from Paul Kercal, teacher and graphic artist (Paint 3D), Rachelle Dene Poth, MIE Expert and Edmodo Ambassador (Edmodo and Office 365) and educator Kerri Hallihan (eMathsMaster).

Excellent tool teams, I am from Ecuador, I started using PLEs in 2016, then in 2017 I found teams and one note, so I have integrated both of them and now I am using TEAMS and One note 100%, all the content and the class activities are in ONE NOTE and teams is the connection with parents, and the interaction among students and teachers, everyone participates and the collaborative work is enhanced, So it have worked so well in my 3 courses, so I started planning training session for my colleagues teachers now in 2018 20 teachers and 387students are using these 2 tools . Now I am working with all my school my plan is to reach all 346 teachers and 10000 students so this is a huge plan 2 years time, I will be aware of technology changes because in 2 years the things will be different but at least the majority of the teachers in my school are aware of the education potential office 365 tools.
