Hi, I’m looking for some advice, I’m shipping a pallet using a freight forwarder, my supplier gave me weight and size of the shipment which was 2.2CBM and 520KGS, my shipment is now onboard and my freight forwarder emailed to tell me that they’re charging me more money because my pallet size is 2.9CBM not 2.2. My B/L says 2.2 and so does my packing list from my supplier, are they trying to rip me off and what can I do ?
