Baylan was by far my favorite part of this series. There were definitely other great parts, but Baylan took the cake for the best part. Its a shame Ray didn’t get to see the final product, but his memory is honored by his portrayal of this character. I hope Dave can find a way to bring Baylan back without diminishing Ray Stevenson’s portrayal.

I think their were more scenes with Baylan but they changed the script because of Ray's death

Baylan is there to kill the Son as the Daughter's already dead. That would leave only the Father, finally leaving things balanced like he wishes.

I feel like if I read the Aksoka series as a plot outline or list of bullet points, I'd think "wow this is really awesome" but the actual show (directing, acting, etc) really turned me off.

My theory Anakin is the father. Ashoka we know is the daughter however I think soon baylan is going to become the son as he has similar beliefs to the son believing in destruction. Wanting to override the universe similar to how the son tried to override the father in the clone wars
