All I heard were 12 reasons why I SHOULD move to Florida :). As for the traffic stuff, it is everywhere in bigger cities/states. Do not like bugs, but hey snakes and gators, no problem. Lol. Mountains are beautiful, but nothing can beat the ocean. So if it is a choice between the two, it is an easy one for me. No hurricanes in AR, but I have plenty of tornadoes. So, no location is perfect.

St Pete is so much better than Tampa.

And if noisy revved up cars with boom boxes irritate you … stay away.
