Ok, hot takes for each redesign. Let's go.

Sonic.exe, Too Slow: Perfectly fine redesign. Still relatively goofy, in keeping with the spirit of the original animation. Where it really shone was in the "I'm gonna get ya" transformation sequence, with the variety of eyes and teeth and arms. Great stuff.

Sonic.exe, You Can't Run: Idle animation looks a bit more reserved, which doesn't fit a 2nd stage evil boss that well. By this point, we should see Sonic going for the jugular, you know what I mean? Leaning animations less extreme and sharp, which isn't good for intimidation, but facial expressions and menace much improved, high quality stuff. Laugh with extra arms is a nice touch, just need a bit of blending, and maybe a bit more of a "dark void" effect on the mouth and it'll be perfect.

Tails, Triple Trouble: Excellent. You really played up the tortured aspect of the character with that Up animation, and the fact that the Up and Left animations both have a slashed neck on full display. Apart from that their animations were mostly identical, with a bit more polish to them, so I overall think this is just an upgrade over the original and I don't say that lightly.

Beast Sonic.exe, Triple Trouble: I like how their claws are sharpened, how their eyes brighten a bit when they move, and that their movements seem less sudden and jerky in comparison to their original. However, I think the overall draw/lighting quality on the original is better (so far), the original's smile is much more menacing and rictus-grin-like, and the original seems taller and more imposing while the redesign seems hunched. It's a good redesign but it needs more polish to be an excellent one. Beast Sonic is probably the wierdest proportioned of them all so it's gonna be really hard to get it spot-on, but so far it's got several points I really like.

Knuckles, Triple Trouble: Their ripped, gory smile is so much better in this redesign that I again am tempted to call this a straight upgrade. Their leaning animations are still fluid, but are a bit more distinct from each other so it's easier to tell which move Knuckles is actually doing. Also his Down animation looks genuinely painful and horrific, they way their smile and brow kinda drops and they just look sad, deflated and hopeless for a moment. Excellently done.

Eggman, Triple Trouble: Eggman's rotten brain and teeth were so detailed in the redesign that it was actually distracting throughout their whole section. It's kinda impossible to stop looking at. Apart from the adjusted attention to detail, as well as some proportion and angle adjustments to the Down animation, Eggman doesn't look like he's changed much. So, again, better model details, same great movements. No complaints from me.

Lord X, Cycles: The new animations for Lord X are Xcellent. Puns aside, you kept faithful to Lord X's model quality, proportions, animation style, colour and vibe pretty much flawlessly. I particularly like his new Right animation, the challenge and showmanship mixed with menace; he's threatening you, but he's clearly having fun doing it. His new Down also keeps one eye open a tad and you can still see the red glow in his eye, which is great. His new idle fits the new animation set excellently and imo removes a bit of the goofy wide stance the original had. His Left still has the "get a load of this guy" point, but it does have the one downside that Lord X is no longer looking directly at the player while doing it, breaking the 4th wall. Apart from that one comment (which is a matter of personal preference), I think this is easily your best redesign of them all, because it adds new animations that are of excellent quality, match the artstyle, and are in-sync with the spirit of the character. Lord X's redesign is my favourite.

Sonic(?), Faker: Faker Sonic has a very different vibe than the original. Wheras the original Faker Sonic was uncanny, vaguely threatening in all their expressions, the redesign appears nervous, uncertain and awkward in every animation but their Up, which most strongly resembles the original, but even then it has one uncertain eyebrow twitch. The OG wasn't trying too hard to hide that something was wrong because they looked hostile right from the start, while the redesign appears desperate to conceal the fact that they aren't the real Sonic. Very much gives me a "hey kids, I'm totally a licensed mascot for this theme park, come with me around this corner for a bit, away from your parents" kinda vibe. Very creepy and unnerving. I like that you went with a different approach to Faker Sonic on this one, this feels very much like a re-interpretation rather than a straight adaptation. I like it a LOT.

Not Sonic, Transformation Sequence: Ok I needed to give this one a seperate category because there's so much to talk about in only a few seconds. Seeing them go from dissapointed, to stretching out, to genuinely emaciated was shocking. You can see their bones poking out from their body, their ribcage. Their face still has that uncomfortable nervous disposition even as the transformation is starting. And the rips in their skin that reveal bone beneath as they grow too large for their skin to contain them was a ghastly detail. What really did it for me was their nose peeling off. That was just disgusting. Love it. So much work for only about 10 seconds of animation, but you clearly put effort into every moment.

Black Sun Sonic.exe, Black Sun: I didn't think it was possible to make their Right animation's mouth wider, but you sure did it. As I've said, the rips and exposed bones are highlighted excellently, and their protruding ribcage is altogether unsettling. Their claws are more hooked and prominent in this version, which adds to their bony, tallman, emaciated redesign look. Their smile is a little more curved overall, again like their skin doesn't quite fit right over the creature beneath. However, the shading detail on the original is a bit better. That's pretty much the only thing I could point to and say needs improving, because apart from that, this is an excellent redesign from Stage 1 to 2, with a great degree of originality and subtle character added on to the original.

Majin Sonic, Endless: He has a moustache. Ok, but seriosuly, I think this Majin Sonic bridges the gap perfectly between the Sonic.exe 1.0 version, and the 2.0 variant. It hits that middleground between the whimsy and fun of 1.0 and the menace and shadowed face of 2.0. An excellent redesign that incorporates some of the best features from both of their previous appearances, and also a moustache.

Excellent mod. 8.5/10. One of the rare "HD" mods that I think really deserves the title, where the redesigns are worthy alts of the classics.

This is really good, no cap. I just think that the designs are a little rough around the edges for most of them. Some small cleanup, smoothing of certain lines, and even movement of where body parts are can make this perfect

I just realized Tails "neck" is bleeding, shows that his body and head split up(since in "Too slow" his head is in a ¿wood?). They did a good job there!

Sonic.exe's "You can't run" form is also really good. Especially his laugh sprite. The hands from his mouth make it more horrifying.

While it looks a hell of a lot cleaner, I prefer the original .exe idle pose in You Can't Run, with it being a reference to the classic sonic pose. While this one does come across as more arrogant, it's a tad more generic as well.
Too Slow is just a straight upgrade, especially that animation, a nice touch.
Upping the creep factor of Lord X's sprites are pulled off well and look really clean, although the goofy expressions of the OG mod feel are more iconic, and gives him a tinge of insanity, and the vibe of toying with his opponent, as he does apparently limit his power for fun.
Xenophane and Faker, however, looks decidedly worse IMO, not much more HD than the OG. Less actually, in stage 1 Faker's case.

I don’t see this as much of a “HD remake” of the mod, but more of a really well made redesign. There’s so much that was changed in this mod that it seems more of a personal interpretation.

Majin actually kinda looks a bit like a fusion of his old sprite and new one. It's clear he's more fun and bouncy, whilst also still being a little creepy and shady looking.

Thanks for showcasing my mod Ryzzon, I didn't think this mod was going to be shown to the public when I saw this when I was traveling I was surprised and excited. Well I also came to comment for things about the mod:

What is the mod? :
The mod is like a kind of amalgamation of HD, reanimated, remastered and but bad, that's why there are quite a few types of designs.

The EXE faker sonic case:

Well with this one, I know, it's bad, it seems traced but on my vacations and when I saw your comments it gave me the idea to change it, the new design will have references to other sonic skins or mods that are for FnF, making as if the He will try to prove that he is the real sonic but you already know how it all ends.

Fleetway super sonic:

I was on vacation, so I could not do it and I still do not start with him because I just returned today, and later I will see if I will start with him, I just promise that I will give my best to finish it and if I fail, well, at least I will try but you don't have to give up :)

Majin sonic with mustache:

what do i say? I keep it, it is a combination of the new majin design with my old design of my mod that you can still see if you download the first version of the mod in the same link of the description of the video.

A little nitpick here but,

Making Faker Sonic's eyes connected might've been a mistake.

Since the real Sonic's eyes are connected,
Faker Sonic's eyes being separated is dead give away that he was an impostor,
Yet nuanced enough for people to miss. It's what made him unique.

I really like this and I don't normally think highly of reanimated things but this takes the mod a step further. The new animations for Tails, Knuckles, and Robotnik really make it seem like they're actually suffering, the new look for EXE is more grotesque and scary, more blood and gore, it's just all so good and well done
