Too be honest, I was already happy with the 2.0 update but since the 3.0 update is coming up, I've seen how many things are getting changed and it's kinda bringing the feeling of the mod with the new sprites and new things

I honestly prefer the redone one, although I'm also looking forward to seeing the new sprites in the 3.0 update.

Finally a cover were SONIC.EXE sings the correct parts of BF’s Green Hill motif.

Redone is pretty dope af, love that note animation where he looms over to scare the opponent at 1:54, the rest of the animations are really smooth too!

The HOTV (Right one) sprites give a spookier more battle ready vibe.

The remastered one captures more "Sonic is trying to scare you because he -knows- he's gonna kill you"

I think the only thing between the original and redone Sonic.exe, i think the redone Sonic.exe has no insides or organs inside his mouth, has sharper teeth, stance looking the same, the style seem really perfect, while the original looks just looks bit creepy and for both Pixelated Sonic.exe original and redone looks pretty much the same but still stellar cover Serkoid

to be honest i prefer the original here. while the redone version is technically superior, it just isn’t as snappy in my opinion, which makes it not as fitting for you can’t run or hill of the void in my opinion. i do really like the forward pose for the redone version though, it fits sonic.exe very well and i wish the original design had something like that for the forward pose

Man, this cover sounds really good. Loved how you somehow made it sound the same as the original song for both sides.

If you don’t mind me asking, how do you replicate the voices so well? I wanna get into making covers myself but I’m unable to make them sound good when replicated, incase I want to change boyfriend but not the opponent.

Honestly the right is better on everything except 1 thing his down pose looks more threatening on the old one then the new imo idk why

I am personally in love with 2.0, but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate the reskin. Wikid cover mate

While the redone version is spookier as many say, his proportions don't feel right to me with his bigger body, head and all, not to mention the smoother animations just aren't doing it for me. I personally prefer the original version more since he's more scarier fot me and his janky and quick animations are much more cooler to look at (though it does make him look goofy).

Both are good in their own ways though I'll give it that, the redone version's artwork is astounding and he looks threatening in his poses. Needless to say, I prefer the original but the redone design has its merits.

I LOVE the artstyle for the new one I also love the sprites, but I think the down pose should of been kept like the same, also the jankier movement in my opinion is better. The idle in the new one feels stiff? Robotic but not like in a good way, but other than that I really love this remaster.
