Mike Rockenfeller explains the changes which were made for the upcoming DTM season. Basically the Aerodynamics on the cars got reduced quiet a lot and make the cars look "cleaner" and hopefully the race more exciting :-)

Does that mean the cars are slower now? Not on topspeed but i mean on laptimes?..

Less controlling on the airflows and less downforce sound like the cars will be loosing grip little bit easier => may be it will be more interesting.

If you look at this car and the Toyota super GT car, they have the exact areodynamic. The front spliters and the side are the same as japan super GT car.
