I thought it was stated before that champions that are not so popular would be a priority for Victorious skins. They're giving those out for free because they know not many people would buy it.
So they could just focus on pimping out their cash cows throughout the year instead.

they wont make sales on normal skins, so they at least get free ones, im happy enough with them getting something at all

My idea is that victorious skins are actually beautiful and done well and now if you give it to Yone, for example, why would people buy skins on Yone if they can get a beautiful skin for free? This is just an additional level of how they control their sales. And ofcourse rare champs get something out of it too.

The reason is that if they made a cool victorious skin to popular champion people would be less likely to buy another one for that champion.
Also This way, people who play niche champs can't complain their champ not getting new skin since 90s or sth.

They used to pick them based off pick rate and now it seems like the opposite. The years we got Victorious Elise and Orianna were definitely based off them being high priority picks.

Kogmaw passive and ult needs rework.


Ult should give him attack speed and move speed that stacks. Once you fail to stack the ult, he gets punished and has lower move speed for 2 seconds.

And passive should be overhauled. That crap is unbelievably garbonzo.

Becusse a lot of people wont buy a second skin for a champion unironically so if they made it like aatrox or ezreal or something then people wouldn't buy an actual skin for them

they know those 1%mains will but every skin anyways, if they gave it to lux they might not sell as many skins
