Motive unclear after 5 people shot, 1 killed outside Gainesville food store

Someone was the shooter. And the police said he's last name was I Don't know. Anyone who might have seen someone who's last name was i dont know give the Tip line a call.

A few things about my man Tarik Simmons: He went to an alternative school for criminal types: Horizons/New Pathways and had "an extensive juvenile criminal history". He was arrested in 2015 while on juvenile probation for battery for: Robbery w/weapon and Robbery w/out weapon. In 2016 he was arrested for Grand Theft of a motor vehicle which ended when he crashed into a Gainesville Police car. He was sent to state prison for these charges. He got out of prison in January 2019. He was arrested 4/9/2021 for: Poss of a weapon (firearm), drug charges and operating a vehicle w/out a license.Obviously he was not in confinement at the time of his death.
