Anxiety is an emotion that could definitely help us if we were hunter gatherers, but in our day to day lives it could be damaging, the way the movie approached the prospect of anxiety treating small problems as if they were life threatening was so accurate and important.

Oh man, I’ve saved every reaction to IO2 to view them once I’ve seen the movie but, not being able to watch yours right now hurts the most!!

I haven’t seen it, I don’t have a job right now to rent it or buy it, I like to only buy physical copies of movies (IO2 is not out yet in Blu-ray)

i loved this movie because people watch it there's a broad message to deliver about anxiety which many of us struggle with or have negative self belief and core beliefs "im not good enough" if were consumed by anxiety. We need some anxiety to have some notion of Future and aware of danger but when it takes control of us it takes us down and away from our true self

loved your reaction! i saw this in theaters with a friend who is just as emotional as me so there were a lot of tears lol especially hearing the music from the first movie. I wanted them to age riley up a bit more since I was around 12 like her when the first one came out and now I'm 21 but even then they still did a great job showing what anxiety and a panic attack looks like, anxiety even made me feel anxious throughout the movie.
