Thanks for this, glad I found it before finishing my paper but struggling to understand the paradigms and knowing how to avoid the pitfalls and all the don't. Now can you refer me to the do's list and 'how to' guides. I have your book and maybe I need to re-read it to see what I didn't take in on the first read
