Wireframing – Low Fidelity vs. High Fidelity

When tasked with a UI/UX Design wireframe, we often ask ourselves how much details (and therefore Effort) do we need to put into the work. What's the right thing to do, Low Fidelity or High Fidelity? The answer lies on the purpose that the wireframe is trying to serve in the context of your project. In this video Alvin talks about the difference between Lo-fi vs. High-fi wireframes, when to best use them respectively and also some examples of what they might look like.

the difference seems very small, only 30min more work for high fidelity. does it make sense at all to do low fidelity's wireframes at all?!?
