Hi Shelly,
The handicap electric carts most often can't be returned because the driver can't walk back to car. The establishment knows that the carts can't be returned. I am one of those persons and I always let the store know that I am taking it outside. I hope this helps❤

Those shopping carts are amazing! They are used for disabled kids, teens, adults, elderly.. I'm so glad Walmart has them ❤❤❤
