We have a points deduction, transfer embargo and a threadbare squad, but can we stay up in our first season before heading on a road to glory? In episode 156, we return with Southend United to see their progress 5 years on from our retirement. We also go off on a bizarre tangent, as it becomes necessary to go on Lawrence Shankland watch!
