In this episode we obtain a 1955 Ford Fairlane Victoria and 1958 Edsel Pacer from an estate sale. The long term outside storage has definitely taken a toll on these cars but we believe they may still have some life left.

As a very young kid. I used to think that all car's had a heart & soul. Because my dad told me that every car has it's own mechanical personality. No two car's started the same. Especially in the cold winter. But after viewing these two car's go, if you looked closely and used your young kid imagination, you can almost see the front end or grills smiling, knowing that they will be rolling on the roads and streets once again.
And parked in classic car shows, to be shown off - rescued from the China steel mill molten steel pot. Great to see another classic being revived.

It's good to see people rescuing these ancientmobiles from sitting in the weeds left to rot away! I like seeing videos like this, not ones showing them all chopped up and made into a hotrod. Good show. Keep up the good work!

It always amazes me on how well the stainless steel trim/molding look after sitting out in the weather all those years.

I love Edsel's. They we're like a lot of things they we're before their time. I've owned a lot of antique cars and trucks. Never had a Edsel... Not yet. Always loved the under dog. I did have a 55 crown Vic. It was a drag car back in the 70s and ran a big block in it. Still had the traction bars under it. Yours looks pretty good! Not bad at all.

You didn't put any in that first rear tire, and you need a electric hoist on that trailer, that's a JOB HOISTING THEM CARS BY HAND WITH NO AIR AND NO HELP. GREAT CARS HOPE YOU GET EM RUNNING, 🇺🇸😁👌👍

All these years and I've never crossed your channel? Another Ford guy and in WA state? How is that?? Subbed up now. Fun seeing where my new 55 Victory came from and how it got to be where it is now. Thanks, btw!

Oh my dad's FAVORITE cars, (the EDSELS) why in his lifetime he bought 3 of them 2 58s a a 59 EDSEL Villager station wagon, (9 PASSANGER car.) And a 58 MERCURY! His 1 Edsel is a 4 dr Sedan Pacer, the other a 58 4dr hardtop CITATION, he's gone now but I've got both I've got of his EDSELS. I wish you opened hoods on both of them cars, sure woulda like to see the engines, 👌😉👍

I got a Pacer in a horsetrade deal, I also had a fifty eight four door ford for parts.. I quickly found out the engine in a edsel does not bolt to the FE engine bellhousing... I took the front clip and dash, steering column out of the parts car, and did the swap to this edsel that was actually a pretty color so we matched the paint to the front fenders and dash. I put the steering column out of the ford in as well and it was extremely popular. Lots of folk ask me how I got that tail end off of a edsel on the ford/lol

Enjoyed your videos noticed the two 70 Ford fairlane you parked the 55 next too. Hope those are not just parts cars.
I may be wrong and often I am . But I think those body's were used in nascar and not the Ford torino. The concave back glass caused handling problems at speeds on the torino. If so those are rare cars.
