Wow Its amazing because I was just thinking about this... I was feeling stuck, then i had this idea: well, if i'm stuck, I'll just begin to WALK. Sounds silly, but I started to walk like everyday, for 30 min, and since then I'm no longer stuck, My flow of new ideas and creativity is coming to me... even finding this video now. Thank you!

CBT gets physical...PBT? Surgeons are now taught to do the 'Superman stance' before surgery - apparently it improves outcomes.

With starting my own business, I visualize a mountain in the distance.

I know where the mountain is.
I know I have the skills to climb the mountain.
I know I have the endurance to climb the mountain.
I'm excited to hike the mountain.
I'm on the trail to get to the mountain.
I don't know exactly how far the mountain is away from me.
The mountain is far enough away... so when I step I see I'm getting nearer, BUT...
The next day, I can only visualize where I started from the previous day.

When I do reach the base of the mountain, sometimes, I'll expect to get off the path onto a side path if I hear a waterfall... to take a rest, and it'd be helpful to have someone call & shout "Jake, ok, would you like to come back to the trail now?"

I think it'd be helpful if I swap my picture to a mountain I can visualize hiking... One I've already hiked.

Or, what would be a better solution?
