it would have been much easier to understand if you used a material that had 2 different colors hard to understand

The video explanation was rushed. I would suggest to do it over again with more patience and captions on the screen to follow. I had to start and stop the video several times. I was able to practice with the foot, however, I did not like the finished product. Kindly reply.
