First video of yours I’ve seen, I love your energy! I’ve started drinking fenugreek water for hair growth and can’t stand to throw away the nutritious sprouted seeds I’m producing. Any more recipes for them would be amazing!

Wow Akka ! Didn’t know fenugreek had vitamin b12 ! Vegetarians are more prone to B12 deficiency so it’s all the more important for us to make fenugreek compulsory in our diet

We make salad or say cosimbar, sprouted methidana equql quantity of coconut, lemon juice and vagar of hing green chili 🌶️ crushed.slight of sugar .salt as per taste .make it and let me know how do you like it.

We make a receipe as under measure the quantity of feungreek seeds sproutedadd same quantity of coconut greated.wth small piece of jaggery.lemon juice.and green chilly.salt make a vougar of til oil normal and give a boil andding little water.we use this as cochumber...and eat make it and let me know how you feel. We call in Marathi as methichya mircvhya.
