SOCKETS Send and receive data PYTHON

Hello guys. In thus tutorial I will show you to send and receive data between server and client.
Don't forget what we send data in bytes and receive also in bytes. It means If you want to read the message what you received first step you need to endcode it or represent(repr in Python).
