Principles are written in blood and from trial and error. My mind is blown from the amount of realism in these videos .

It’s insane to me that something so intelligent could get so little coverage.

The episode "Be Radically Open-minded" reminds me of what King Solomon said about being open minded he said " plans fail for lack of counsel but with many advisers they succeed" - proverbs 15:22 NIV

Ray Dalio's principle of thoughtful disagreement is powerful. Unfortunately most managers perceive that as threating and cast out the employee.

WOW, I just watched the whole series. What an amazing movie! Thank you, Ray Dalio and your entire team, for this miniseries. It inspires me in gazillion ways, in terms of the principles and life-story it teaches and in terms of the artistic production. I think Ray Dalio and your team can do more of this type of teaching. The world is evolving. We are all evolving. We need to do it together, and do it right, for a new humanity, a new earth ... Thank you, Ray Dalio and your entire team, every team member for this outstanding work of art and principle. Peace & Abundant Blessings to you all!

I just came through this series and i loved it, not because it talks about principles but because i myself can relate to each video. While watching all this, i googled how old was ray dalio in 1982(just to confirm if i am too late here), & it turned out he was 32 back then. I am 27 currently. I am glad last 5 years of my life i have also thought in same manner. The meaning of embracing what you dont' know in any decision making and why for a growth mindset open mindedness in necessary. How better decision making is the key to growth and not just hardwork. How your blindspots barrier can surprise you. How peopple confuse map of any destination with the truth on how to reach that destination. what it means to consult with the best decision makers in your circle in order to have various perspectives and lessen the probability of wrong decision, i can keep writing because now my last 5 years makes a lot of sense to me. I am now more optimistic about my future and also for the people whom i care for. Lots of love

Ray's principles contain the essence of Edward De'Bono's work in the way that expands thinking to 6 various aspects (what DeBono calls thinking hats) and makes the most of the process, rather than limiting only to the crude and unsophisticated way of critical thinking. Thanks ever so much for showing all of us your way.
