If you watch the vid in the beginning, when he turns his head, you can see how stiff his neck is base on the tension in the muscle by his ears to throat. Like pulling a thick rubber band. The relief he must've felt!!!

I have this problem, my range of motion is about 10% left and right, I have to turn my body to look somewhere. I have limited ability to look up, and again I have to lean back to look up. I don't have a problem looking down though. I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis, it gets painful, and I have to take opioids, that's the only thing that will reduce the pain. The bones in my neck are pushing on the nerves. When it flares up it gets me down. It sucks up my energy, and I'm in a low mood. it's not nice. Along with that, I have ankylosing spondylitis, type 2 diabetes, ischaemic ❤️ disease, high blood pressure, 2 heart attacks, 4 graft heart bypass. it's wonderful. I accepted my lot and by the grace of God, I'm still here and get into life as much as I can.

I have D.I.S.H. Disease and my neck is the same. I noticed he said it was bad to swallow as well same for me. Hard to find doctors that know how to treat the disease that I have and I’m too scared to let anyone adjust me. Some people say it’s good for people with D.I.S.H. And others say don’t do adjustments with it. That relief looks amazing though!
