1999-2004 mustang, and 4.6 idle issues , and things to look out for, replace, and otherwise advice. This is a large issue with much more than i covered. This is something that can be very difficult to diagnose, and yes there are about 100 different reasons from valve train timing components endless. As I cannot have a 3 hour video that anyone would watch I try to cut it down as much as I can. My next video is about fuel issues and idle, problems.

This CRC Marine cleaner works great, it just does not clean it lubricates as well, awesome for cleaning IAC,PCV. Is amazing for small engines, and winter prep of fuel systems just run the fuel out and spray this let it light off and let it cut off after the spraying, and you are good for storage. "Not for the MAF meter use MAF meter cleaner"

CANBUS style LED's solved my problems with hyperflash and cruise control. You don't need the resistors when using the CANBUS style LEDs.

That's why I stick with, and build, G.M. products....

I don't have goofy idle issues, or driveability problems, and the ECU's aren't picky like a Frod system.

The G.M's just run perfect all the time, and all the really fast Mustangs have an LS or a G.M. big block in them anyway... 🤷🏻

I have a built and blown new build that was running great after the tune. Now it rpm hangs and it’s especially bad when driving. It will hang around 2k for about 6-10 seconds before dropping back to idle. I have a BBK 78mm TB.

I cleaned my injectors, replaced regulator, fuel filter, and purge valve. Still idles up and down a little and oil pressure sensor goes crazy when rpm’s drop all the way. Would the air temp sensor do this as well as dirty iac or what else could it be? I did t disconnect the battery while doing anything tho.. should start doing that I guess but I also tried to floor it, but felt like it was lack of response and sounds less Alive than I remember

I own a mustang gt 02 stored for about 10 years. I have cleaned the injectors, changed spark plugs, changed air filter and mass air sensor and fuel pump and filter . I also did a tune and computer check with no faults showing . But still the car is shaking and whenever it's in gear i cant press the fuel paddle fully. if the car reaches RPM 3200, 3500 it will choke as if the traction control is activated and the car won't take gas to a point it can't turn off. if it's not in gear the car is taking full gas and reaching high RPMs. Any ideas ??
