Hmmm....I lived in USA for 40 years. I've been eating fried ice cream for same amount of years. This is all wrong.

There r several things wrong with this recipe. 1). You're making fried ice cream look like round like a ball (Potato Vada/Pakoda). It's never perfect round. Perfect round is boring when deep fried unless it's Gulab Jambu or Ras Gulla. 2) it should look exotic. This looks simple, unattractive. It should stand out and it should look complicated. It should make statement. 2). It's too small. Make it 2 or 3 Scoops. 3) Outside layer is never made with bread or corn flakes. Somebody truly isn't thinking. It always had bit of cinnamon and other exotic spices. 4). The outside layer is always very thin. No more then 1/2 mm. This is too thick. 5). The color of outside layer is wrong. It should look bit reddish and brownish mixed together. It should not have same color as that of Pakoda. Looks boring.
