What about particles moving under the influence of a non conservative force field. Many people don’t talk about this. There is one more postulate related to symmetry.

These postulates sound like dogmas in the Catholic Church. Where does the second postulate come from? In classical probability you multiply the value measured times its frequency. Like 8% of men ( frequency) are 5 feet tall. You don’t multiple 8×8 or 5 x 5. You multiply 5 times 8. Can anybody explain the second postulate ? Also known as the third postulate in other books?
