$17 Vegas Filipino Buffet Feast | Giant Crispy Pata and Massive Lechon
Показать описание
As good as many of the restaurants are on the Vegas Strip, and believe me, they are good, it's sometimes nice to take a short journey away from the strip, especially if it takes you to the Vegas Chinatown.
The spring mountain area is where the chinatown is located and there you will find great places to eat offering great value. After a great night at Caesar's Palace enjoying the great steaks at Peter Luger's legendary steakhouse, I was looking for sometime a little different; something comforting and still tasty. I think I've found the place. Nanay Gloria is an unassuming Filipina Buffet (without a website) located in Chinatown offering up countless Filipino favourites; from the kare kare and the pancit, to the crispy crunchy chicharron and I couldn't resist the freshly made lechon and their giant crispy pata. Some items were not included in the buffet but perfect to try and take home for those late night Vegas eats.
This buffet is in a small space but have a massive selection of items and be on the lookout for the freshly fried milk fish (bangus) and of course the crispy chicken skins. And as always, as good as the food is, it was the people that made all the difference. From the great servers and hosts to the fellow diners who were suggesting their favorrite dishes, it was a great experience!
