Thank you for taking one for the team that way locals dont have to. Tourists have always avoided this place not only for being in a Ghetto location near the Unemployment center but being in a building thats over 40 yrs old with homeless that live out back. Great Video.

It's called Bopis (bópiz in Spanish) is a piquant Filipino dish of pork or beef lungs and heart sautéed in tomatoes,  chilies and onions. 😊

Delicious featuring Filipino (Pinoy) food! Sotanghon is a thin noodles usually you can make it as soup or mix it with pancit, it is also called Vermicelli good also for stir fry.
