Andre needs to be the guitarist who’s strapped to the front of the truck leading the charge in Mad Max…

If you guys like this, look up "Alien Weaponry", they are a New Zealand young band that tries to revive maori tradition through metal, they are freaking amazing and some of their songs are exactly this.

I love how Kiwis are simultaneously the most chill and terrifying people you'll ever meet.

As a kiwi who has been doing the Haka my whole life. I will now be doing it to this soundtrack. That was one of your best yet!

That strange feeling, when rugby haka with metal backing track sound more energetic, then 98% of modern generic metal-core.
Kudos to you, Andre!

A little something for you here from a Māori who was taught this particular war chant. I was a part of a haka group back when I was about 8 or so (and haven't practiced in some time), and we were taught this chant. I remember asking one of the Matua's (uncle) what he thought about how the All Blacks did the chant and he said something along the lines of "They've got the heart nef. (nephew) but they don't got the pacing." He then went on to explain how yes the way it is done will vary from tribe to tribe but he felt it should be done slower, slower meant you could put more emphasis on every word, muster the breath to yell louder, put more effort into your facial expressions and movements; rushing through it meant you had little time to do any of these things . So we learnt how to do it slower but harder, by the end everyman had red, RED thighs XD.

Love your video mate, hope someone found this interesting. perhaps some even agree. Thanks for reading.

Being metalhead from New Zealand and being proud Maori....that made my day. See if you can find another Maori Haka from the All Blacks. There should be a longer one online somewhere. Cheers brother🤘🖤👌

I never thought the all black rugby team could be more epic, but that was when I was an innocent non-metalhead.

I'm glad to see that they are doing their part to keep their traditional Maori language alive.

Oh, man, this WORKS. The All Blacks are intimidating enough as is, this only makes them more so. Cool idea!

I don't think anyone would argue that you are a talented musician, but I wonder if you're given enough credit for your composing skills!

I heard a group of Kiwis pack into a weatherboard house down the street and practice a Haka. You could feel the power as it echoed around the streets.

I am a metal guitarist and also a rugby player and seeing this makes me identify. This is nothing but a masterpiece.
Congratulations
