I really didn’t like it either but I’m so glad I got to experience this with him I was supposed to pay for his Graduation dinner but I forgot my card and he talked about me because he had to pay 😂 I lost him 2years ago . Kbbq for newbies really depends on your server. When i worked in a kbbq restaurant i had to determine who needed the most help. Some tables dont want you to touch a thing just bring the food. While others need you to cook everything cause they keep burning up the food and the grills. But you cant baby them because you have other tables to attend to. So if i was busy id keep an eye snd return to just cut it up and set it on the sides while giving guests clear instructions in case a needy table ties me up.

It looks like you definitely needed more help from the staff. It would have probably have been more enjoyable if you had cooked the food properly

I suggest you try to dip the meat in sauces (specifically sesame oil and salt, it’s addicting!) and eat it with white rice! It usually makes it more enjoyable.

Definitely go with someone who knows Korean bbq because the sauces and stuff also make the meal. Me and my kids love kpot but the first time my kids tried it they didn’t like it 😂 we doubled back. Nice to see someone in Atlanta doing regular things and not only brunch Monday through Sunday all day! Tired of breakfast at Barney’s!! 😂

Its a way your have to eat it to get the full experience I didnt see any Red leaf lettuces, or white rice on your table so chances are you didnt eat it right get some sesame seed oil also on the side😂😅.
