We have Kpot / Korean HotPot several locations around in the east coast, in Jersey & New York. I love the hot pot, not so much of the kbbq, but the selections for the hotpot is great. You get your own hotpot at your own station of the table. Order all kinds of meat, veges, seafood, different types of broth, Szechuan, miso, seafood, and can order ramen to add to your broth! It’s sooo nice to eat with friends or by yourself. I love ordering lots of wood ear mushroom or black fungus. With lots of pork belly & ramen, soooo good with the Szechuan.

I really recommend to make your own sauce by adding lots of garlic, green onions, sesame oil, chili crisp, and a helpful dose of Ponzu sauce. And bring lots of sliced pickled radish with you. It’ll taste so good as you eat refreshing radish with the cooked meats from the hotpot. And dipping it in your sauce. It’s a flavor implosion!

Hot Pot. More flavour variety. You could let it cool down and eat it in hotter weather. If you want avante garde, you could make it a dessert pot like ginataan or some kind of "cold pot" mixture.

I can confirm k-pot is a great place. One opened pretty close to me recently and I went there with some friends and tried hotpot for the first time and it was amazing!

Man, so not helping with my craving for hot pot today! Lol, K Pot in OP is amazing and so yummy. Even the 45-minute commute in rush hour traffic from Shawnee is totally worth it!

Sometimes depends on the place. I used to live near a hot pot place that started offering korean bbq. However, their set up was much more suited to the hot pot side, and the korean bbq was more an afterthought.
