Congrats on paying off your mortgage; I too will be paying off my mortgage this month. By way of selling my house, hahaha. But the wife wants to build a bigger house, oh well. Back to debt, to work it down faster. I did kill the credit card and the last medical bill this month too. Feels great to do so.

I have stocks in JEPI, MO, ABR, ARCC, and XYLD. All stocks with high yields and haven't depreciated in value over the past 5 years, with the exception of MO. Although it looks like its back on the rise. Are these actually good investments, or too good to be true?
