Rid your anxiety by reminding yourself you have a job to do and you want to convey important messages and it’s not about you. You want to do it badly and raise the enthusiasm. Study a lot on the topic, a lot more than just for that presentation. If English is not your first language, then learn to communicate and think in English everyday.

i get too anxious whether or not i prepared enough or know the topic very well and i can see that it affects the way i speak because sometimes i'm loud and sometimes my volume is a little low and hard to hear for people at the back. can you help please on what to do with that?
