I love all of the plank exercises here. I don't want the traditional six pack that some exercises provide, and this helps me to achieve a slim and slender abdomen. Thank you for the great workout videos.

Surely doesn't this exercise make your obliques stronger and thicker which makes you wider around the waist instead of creating an hourglass body shape?
