2nd: the keep them wanting more strategy is easily handled by either not responding or reply with just as much opaque messaging ...
3rd: she delays responses then just wait until she responds and do not stay invested until she replies ...
4th & 5th: When she engages in this push-pull method of flirting then disappearing, the best response: "I am not here to play social games. You are either with me or not. If you disappear on me again, then we are done." .. Once again, do NOT chase ... Guys, it is easy to resist. Just be upfront and direct by saying: "I'm not chasing you."
6th: Once again, hot and cold. ... "I am not here to play social games."
7th: Flirting in private but distant in public .. some people just do not like public displays of affection ... Response: "Are you not into PDA?"
8th: Teasing future plans ... After the 2nd cancel, it is over. Move on.
9th: This is just like 6th one ... "I am not chasing you."
10th: Just like 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th

This is all about emotional edging ... Ultimately, she is either into you or she is not and you have to be upfront and direct about how you are not chasing or playing social games
