Weird theory I sometimes have that people might not like: Ottohime is the source of Touma's Dragons. The reason why they don't have names rooted in any Mythology is because Ottohime made them when she and Touma were kids, having an interest in Dragons and being superstitious growing up and having an interest in Dragons. While Touma doesn't remember this, just as KnT could form into a version of him with his memories, it sometimes manifests the creatures she conceptualized in situations that call for them. NT22R even suggested that the color of the Dragons in that Volume could have no meaning. Perhaps because its a meaning not known to the rest of the world, but KnT giving power to Touma's cousin's ideas. Weird, unlikely theory I know but its one I've had.
