But that’s the only thing that makes me flush out everything. If not I always feel like there’s still left and the left one is the one that’s very hard to come out the other day. I poop everyday but that’s always my issue and causes my fissures to open up again and bleed. 😢

Hi Dr, I have one question for you, if you can pls help - Sometimes when I have the urge to poop I feel intense pain in the lower left abdomen and back right before passing stool. Like i really have to massage my left side lower and upper back and thn I feel that pain for 10-15 secs and then I actually poop - loose stools. So Is this Constipation? Taking laxative helps. Bt I am not sure if I am constipated.
