I was 24 living in FL at the time Mike Burry made his prediction about the housing market. You didn't have to be a genius to see his prediction. In fact at 24 young and dumb I warned my family of my own same prediction. When janitors in FL were buying 500k houses with sports cars in the driveway while making 70k a year it was pretty obvious. Mike bury didn't warn us he shorted a market and made billions which he's probably doing now again.
