This is a resource for your dog
They will work harder for it if its not always avaliable

Yaaaassss!! I love this!!!! My Sasha has an INCREDIBLE NOSE!!! 🐕‍🦺She literally *insists* on hunting for her breakfast…. IN THE HOUSE! How do we manage that lol?
Well I bought a flopping Koi cloth fish with a zipper & emptied the insides out lol.
It’s PERFECT to fill with her supplements, dehydrated chicken, chicken liver, plus one small cube of Swiss cheese!
She gets a quick whiff of the zipped up fish, then I go hide it somewhere in the house lol.
I come back to her, clap once, and off she races!!!!
99.9% of the time, she goes right to it, even if it’s under 800 pounds of laundry 6 rooms away!!!!
Then she brings it to me (or if it’s too high up or something, she alerts me by barking once, then sitting and waiting for me)… carries it to her current favorite “this is my private treat eatin’ space”— where I unzip and exit, lol.
If I put that same food in front of her IN A BOWL lol, I guarantee you she would NOT eat it until she was ACTUALLY starving!!!
Such is her need for, and love of, FORAGING AND HUNTING.
