The song that Paul McCartney first saw John Lennon perform to with The Quarrymen on the 6th July 1957 at the Woolton church fete.

The title of this video is misleading, there is no known recording of the Beatles covering this Del-Vikings song , it seems that the song was attempted by The Quarrymen, an early incarnation of the Beatles, as a skiffle band, but no recording exists.
( note :-this video recording is the Del-Vikings).

apparently, there is a recording of Lennon and McCartney performing this song at a church fair on the day they first met in 1957. An audience member had recorded it with a handheld, not realizing, of course, that he was recording a landmark moment in musical history. He rediscovered the tape in 1994 and sold it to the highest bidder, which was EMI. They intended to release it, but ultimately chose not to because of the poor quality of the recording. At least, that's what i read on wikipedia.
