During beauty school I would wake up at 5:30 so that I could spend an hour or so on my skincare and makeup. Rarely did I wear much makeup besides eyeliner and lipstick, but the ritual of doing my skincare and spending time giving myself a facial massage was important. I spent all of high school with the acne anxiety that I now take the time in the morning to relax and actively work towards appreciating my progress and loving how my skin is now.

I'm at college and I do defintly wakeup at 6-7 depending on when my first class starts, to do my my skincare. Throughout highschool I had really bad ance I started the routine because of it and now I do it mostly to feel ready for the day, to calm my anxiety. also I just love the smell of some products (Korean skincare smells fucking great...)
