Why is China more advanced than India?

Both China and India have an exceptionally well educated population. And about 1.4 billion people each.

But India is a much more complex country to govern than China. And so the important difference is that India has too many voices to make simple decisions.

The good thing is that both nations want to settle their differences for a common prosperity after their troops got into a reckless skirmish as it was handled diplomatically quite poorly at first but later cooler heads prevailed.

China is responsible for 40% of the World's exports, and so is good to see China humble itself in the global community and not acting as if other nations should respect it or try to lecture them. China and India are ancient civilizations and the World can learn a lot from these giants.
