How far they have come. In the beginning of the first game it felt like Loki was almost afraid to say anything and Kratos just snapped at him to focus. But now, a teenager smacktalking his dad and said dad making that old school threat: '''Don't make me come up there and be a parent!''.

Does not get more real than that. They've truly become a family.

Props to the writers for giving us such a the journey.

Put comedy gold. The fact that Kratos has finally softened to the point that he can handle smack talking from his teenage son is absolutely amazing. Wish my dad would react like that, but he just gets butt-hurt every time.

I don't care if it doesn't make sense God's fly in this world why can't they double jump.

Thing is, Arteus is right. He can 100% make that jump. I guess you could argue Kratos is trying to show Atreus that it's better to discipline yourself and figure out a problem, rather then barging through it.

when kratos said "if" it was a reference to the spartans being very to the point in their messages, a king threatened them with invading their land if they brought their army to their land and the spartans just replied with "if"

My favorite interaction of theirs is in 2018, after Kratos sets Tyr's Temple. Atreus (before learning they were gods) says
"Did you hurt your back?"
"I did not hurt my back."

I love how the characters constantly make jokes or say things about kratos but he can do anything they can think of just not showing off anything at all
