Kratos and Mimir roasting each other is so wholesome when we think about what he was like back in the old days. Kratos has become such a phenomenal character in the past 2 games. I hope Mimir stays for whatever comes next.

I think the most hilarious thing is that Mimir spent centuries spinning stories and endlessly talking at the Aesir court, to the point that literally everyone was ready to sew his mouth shut. But then he ends up stuck with Kratos, the most antisocial and practically silent individual in all the realms and it somehow levels Mimir out.

Ragnarok had some of the best character development, especially for Kratos. Going from the emotionally distant, cut off man of the first reboot game to someone who can accept a bit of good-natured ribbing, even from his son. Who calls Mimir 'brother' and Brok a friend and Sindri family. Who openly displays vulnerability and affection with the people he cares about while still being the stoic he is.

I'm happy for him. Genuinely.
