Borros is similar to Spanish word "burros" which is a wild donkey also called a jackass. (New York City has a large Spanish/Latino population so it could have easily been misunderstood or misused to mock team.)

The Packers are America's last pro sports team owned by a public non-profit entity. Rather than a billionaire owner or private investment group, ownership shares are divided amongst over 500, 000 fans who do not make a profit on their investment. This is why a city as small as Green Bay has been able to operate a massive NFL franchise.

The Giants baseball team still exists, but are now in San Francisco. In the 1950s, the New York Giants and Brooklyn Dodgers moved out west to continue their famous rivalry in California, as the San Francisco Giants and LA Dodgers.

James - just wanted to add a note here - the U S has a bit of a controversy that has been brewing for a while and it is the opposition of what is felt to be "racist" against American Indians (Native Americans) - for several years there has been a BIG PUSH to rename the last few sports teams to comply with this STRONG feeling that the names are racist - just recently a few teams have finally agreed to make the change - the former Cleveland Indians are now Cleveland Guardians ; Washington Redskins are now Washington Commanders - these teams also removed their logos that were images of Indians as well. The Kansas City Chiefs football team removed the logos from their helmets but has still kept the name of Chiefs. There are several sport teams (football, basketball, baseball) that use what is called the "tomahawk chop" in the stands where fans use their arms straight up and down motion in the air to root on their teams and so far all those teams have refused to stop that practice or most of them to change their names. - Just thought you and Milly might want to know that facts as well. - GREAT VIDEOS - keep them up !!

You did pretty well naming the NFL teams. The only UK sports team I know is the Weston Hornets

Having to worry about your team moving to a different city or state is just something us American sports fans have to live with. The exception being fans of The Green Bay Packers, which are publicly owned. It's a pretty rare occasion a team picking up an moving, but it does still happen as Oakland fans are well aware of.

30:00 Without even checking, I can say with 100% certainty that that is not a thing anymore. It just wouldn't be allowed today... and rightly so.

If you move to another city it's still the same franchise or team. It's not considered new unless they relinquish the history of the franchise like the Browns did when they moved to Baltimore and became the Ravens and the old Browns history went to the new start up in Cleveland. You have the Raiders whether its Oakland. LA, Oakland or Las Vegas or the Rams whether it was Cleveland, LA, St Louis or LA. The owner can be totally different as most teams have changed hands a few times

As for the New York baseball connections, you'd know the former New York Giants of major league baseball as today's San Francisco Giants. They moved in 1958.

The Washington (D.C.) football team are now called the Generals, so this video (the one you watched) is apparently a little out of date.
