How did you get pin to start up menu  because the only  thing I can see from your video is that you right click to open dialog box but that is not the case for windows 7.  YOU MISSED A STEP ON HOW TO GO TO PIN TO START UP

Every Windows OS starts with a Local Disc C, unless you renamed it. But if you can't find the drive, you certainly never found how to change the name of it.

I am sorry but this is a vere difuse and confusing explanation.  You point so many things with the cursor and speak in such inexpresive (lack of enphasis to important pointst) and vague voice that I couldnt get much out of it.  Take note, improve and continue with your idea, Thanks anyway...
