I'd say that cell phone stores should have more stringent ID checks for people asking for a new SIM card for an account, but you know these profiteering robber barons aren't gonna do squat.

Thank you for your work! Sentences for fraud in Canada is really USA it's +- double & carjacking, home invaders or other violent crime should have minimum 25 years of jails + expulsion if you are 10 years less in Canada.
